Duane Bartlett, Regional Managing Director
D. Duane Bartlett serves as the Regional Managing Director of Principal Financial Network. Duane brings over 25 years of industry experience to the team. He is a past Managing Partner where he ran one of the largest financial firms in the U.S., covering 5 states and 28 locations. Duane holds the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter, and his Series 6, 63, 65, 7 and 24 Securities licenses.
Duane is driven by his passion to be a builder of men and women who will become the next generation of industry leaders when he steps away from the working world. This passion is evident in the work he does. He has mentored many individuals, helping them to achieve their personal goals whether it be MDRT, Court of the Table, Top of the Table, Managing Director or Managing Partner within their respective organizations. He is a Certified Enneagram and Life Coach leading others to greater levels of self-awareness, emotional intelligence and confidence.
Duane attended the University of Missouri and holds a degree in Economics. Duane and his wife Christina live in Leawood, Kansas. They have six children and are proud Grandparents to eight grandchildren. They are avid bulldog lovers, and Seaside, Florida Advocates. Health and fitness have been lifelong pursuits, leading them to own a fitness and wellness center in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. Duane and Christina are very involved in their community attending Abundant Life Church, and serving at Rachael House, CASA, and Compassion International where they support orphanages in Peru and Ecuador.
Duane has received multiple industry awards in his career, but what he is most excited about is what he will do next and who he will inspire along the way.

Elizabeth Snodgrass, Senior Managing Director
Elizabeth serves as Senior Managing Director for Principal Financial Network of Kansas and Missouri. Formerly a Vice President of National Sales and Marketing at LPL, she brings more than 15 years of Financial Service experience to our team.
As an original member of a Kansas City based RIA, she was deeply embedded in the corporate retirement plan space. Elizabeth has achieved past accolades for recruiting and was an integral part of building support services surrounding M&A, advisor service models, and fee-based solutions. In addition, Elizabeth structured a Financial Wellness Program to arrange coaching and consulting for top producers across the country.
In 2010, Elizabeth had the experience of a lifetime, spending six months serving a volunteer visa in Namibia at Harnas, a Wild Animal Preserve. She actively participates in organizations such as Women in Insurance and Financial Services, Rock the Street Wallstreet, Girls on the Run, and Blindspot KC. Married to her husband, Jeff another Kansas State University graduate, they are proudly raising two Future Wildcats. In her limited spare time, you’ll find her hunting, fishing, farming, boating, or cheering on her kids in their little league sports.

Patrick Donlan, Managing Director
As the Managing Director, Principal® Financial Network of Missouri, I am proud to say that we work with a greater purpose in mind – to give people the financial tools and confidence to live their best lives.
As the Managing Director with responsibility for the Missouri region of the Principal® Financial Network, Patrick leads a talented team of financial professionals. Patrick began his career in the financial services industry in 2006, most recently as a financial advisor, and as an annuity specialist with Mass Mutual conducting training and case design for more than 150 financial professionals. Prior to that, Patrick served as a wholesaler of both mutual fund and annuity products.
Patrick graduated from the University of Massachusetts-Boston with a degree in Political Science. He is Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 FINRA securities registered, and is licensed for Life, Health, Annuity and Variable insurances in the state of Missouri.
Patrick is active in his community, currently doing charitable work that benefits the local children’s hospital and a missionary organization providing healthcare in underserved nations. He resides in Kirkwood, Missouri with his wife, Rachel and son, Chase. As former collegiate hockey and lacrosse player, Patrick is likely to be coaching a local sports team in his spare time.
