What will I do in the research study?

Research studies can be a few different formats, such as interacting with a website or application, participating in an interview, or attending a focus group. During the session, we'll ask you questions and look for your open and honest feedback.

The session will be with you and a research professional from Principal, in person at a specific location, or over the phone. It can last from 30-90 minutes.

When you participate in a research study, please note that:

  • You will not be added to any list for marketing purposes.
  • You will not receive any sales or marketing follow-up calls.
  • Your identity will be kept confidential.
  • The information you share will only be used by Principal's researchers.
