SMS text message terms of use
You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless number you use to receive the SMS service, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.
In order to deliver the SMS service, we reserve the right to use technology that could be deemed an automatic telephone dialing system, and by agreeing to the SMS service, you consent for us to use such technology.
You can unsubscribe at any time from these text messages by replying to the message with “STOP”.
The SMS service is an optional feature that you are agreeing to in order to provide you with another means of communicating with us. You are not required to agree to these terms as a condition of purchasing any other property, goods, or services.
Your wireless carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply to SMS correspondence, in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Please contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging plan. Your carrier may impose message or charge limitations on your account that are outside of our control. All charges are billed by and payable to your wireless carrier.
Delivery of information and content to a wireless device may fail due to circumstances or conditions beyond our control. You understand and acknowledge that network services, including but not limited to mobile network services, are outside of our control, and we are not responsible or liable for such problems, including delayed or undelivered text messages.
Data obtained from you in connection with this SMS service may include your wireless phone number, your carrier’s name, and the date, time, and content of your messages and other information that you may provide. We may use this information to contact you and to provide the services you request from us, and to otherwise operate, develop, and improve the SMS service. We reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request, to avoid liability, or to protect our rights or property.
The SMS service, as well as the content and materials received through the SMS service, are proprietary to us or our licensors, and is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You shall not damage, impair, interfere with, or disrupt the SMS service or its functionality. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and true information.
Due to inherent risk related to the SMS service, personally identifiable information (PII) should not be communicated via text messaging.
By agreeing to this SMS service, you certify that you are 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States.
We reserve the right to alter charges and/or these terms and conditions from time to time. We may suspend or terminate the SMS service to you if we believe you are in breach of our terms and conditions. Your SMS service is also subject to termination in the event that your wireless service terminates or lapses. We may discontinue the SMS service at any time.
